Managing A.M/P.M Operations
Dispatch
Supervising drivers and dock crew
Processing OS&D
Completing driver & dock performance reports
Answering phones
Setting appointments
Routing inbound shipments for same day delivery in an efficient manner
Cross training on AM and PM operations
