What You Can Expect:
Manage a shift and / or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of subordinate officers and staff.
Meet with line management and / or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems.
Ensure that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients and vendors.
Participate in and coordinate with line management regarding the orientation, training, development, and retention of high-caliber staff.
Maintain and submit payroll records and other employee and business information, review client and company reports for accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain, edit, and submit digital metric platforms - Excel , Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerApps.
Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
Proficient in Microsoft office, email, teams, and Excel.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail.
Must have a professional demeanor.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Minimum of 1 year of security experience needed.
Must have 1 year of management / supervisory experience with at least 6 months experience in scheduling and payroll management.
Additional experience in payroll and training is preferred.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills needed.
Strong planning, organizing, and team leadership skills needed.
Must have the ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
Must be reliable and self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking skills.
