Job Summary:
EMCOR Mechanical Services has an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor in Norristown, PA. This role will work five days per week, and assumes the overall responsibility for the management and daily operations of work orders for HVAC work orders for given accounts. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for working with EMCOR Operating Companies to assure work orders are managed within the established KPI’s. The Operations Supervisor also is responsible for managing the direct reports to complete work orders within contractual timeframes and manage/respond to work order escalations, payment issues and oversee time-critical repairs. The Operations Supervisor will partner with Account Management to meet customer needs. This position is located in Norristown, PA. This is a hybrid position which requires 4 days in office
