We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor for a high-mix aerospace machine shop supporting complex CNC milling, turning, and secondary operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production, quality, and driving shop floor performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead machinists, operators, and secondary personnel on 2nd shift
Drive production flow, throughput, and schedule performance
Support CNC milling, turning, deburr, assembly, and inspection operations
Troubleshoot production and quality issues on the shop floor
Ensure compliance with AS9100, safety, and customer requirements
Drive accountability, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate shift handoff with engineering, quality, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of CNC machining leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of milling, turning, and aerospace machining
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
Experience in AS9100 or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred
