As a CES Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your leadership skills to coordinate and direct the overall delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity. By working closely with the CES Manager (or Branch Manager) you will provide the supervision needed to ensure safety, branch metric performance and Service efficiency, while contributing world-class sales and customer service support. You will be responsible for service and parts related administrative duties

What you'll do:

  • Support CES Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives
  • Assist the CES Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies, keep management informed of all customer concerns and advise of parts activities and trends to help build and cultivate customer relations.
  • Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items, chargeability, reviewing technician time reporting, ensure all paid hours available for work, are recorded accurately and timely. Determining root causes and opportunities for improvement and providing coaching and feedback to staff, making recommendations for corrective actions
  • Support all aspects of Service and Parts to ensure world class service and operational excellence, including processing Service quotations, Work orders, Parts inventory, Monitor warranty reporting, run Preventative Maintenance reports, manage Field Service dispatch, and Invoice orders in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring that staff is trained and compliant with the Work Flow Process; drive profitability by monitoring and controlling costs
  • May be responsible for day-to-day operational activities including opening and closing, cash drawer reconciliation and bank deposit, and others
  • Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability and communication


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or comparable work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business management experience preferred
  • Supervision and leadership experience (2+ years) preferred
  • Understanding of accounting and P&L concepts preferred
  • Equipment rental experience
  • Proficient in most Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Rentalman
  • Valid driver's license
  • Performance Management, Coaching, and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Frequent lifting up to 10 lbs., occasional lifting up to 25 lbs., and seldom lifting up to 40 lbs.
