Serving as the primary support for the Operations Manager, this hands-on leader helps direct the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments. Key responsibilities include training and supervising staff, managing operations technology systems, and championing in-house guest initiatives. As a versatile and engaged leader, the Operations Supervisor actively assists in running shifts across all departments and serves as the primary Manager on Duty, representing the hotel and assisting guests in the absence of the General Manager and Operations Manager.
