How One Will Serve
Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate building operations
Manage receptionist duties and coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments
Develop and maintain emergency procedures and trainings
Coordinate international travel, communication protocols, and emergency procedures for staff trips
Oversee purchasing processes, receiving operations, and complex international shipping logistics
Schedule and coordinate recurring organizational functions including staff devotions, staff meetings, and event emcees
Support volunteer management across various departments and skill levels
Collaborate with team leaders to optimize workflow and resource allocation
