Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Provide day-to-day customer service support
Support daily operations including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, documentation)
Coordinate internal requests and follow up as needed
Assist with invoicing, supplies, and basic operational tasks
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, operations, and customer service experience
Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
