Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Operations Specialist (Level III) to join our team supporting syndicated credit facilities. The candidate will have strong experience in customer service and Microsoft Excel and a proven ability to manage documentation, process transactions with accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders.Responsibilities:Process assignments for large corporate and commercial clients for syndicated credit facilities where Bank of America serves as Administrative Agent.Submit and track documentation for onboarding of new clients.Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets to support transaction processing.Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong customer service capabilities.Effective communication skills, written and verbal.Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to learn new systems.Preferred Skills:Finance degree or relevant academic background.Experience with Loan IQ.Background in syndicated loans or agency servicing.Work Details & Notes:Onsite requirement: 5 days per week at Gateway Village, 900 Building.Parking: City garages and street parking available for a fee; no onsite parking.Potential for conversion to full-time employment.Resume must include the candidate's location.Hours per day: 8.
