Job Title- Operations Specialist
Job Duration- 3 months contract ( Training onsite and after training Hybrid work schedule where 3 days in office and rest work from home)

Pay- $22.11/hr W2 Job Description:
- Initial training is 100% on-site; role transitions to a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite weekly) once fully trained and functional.
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for assigned domestic and international fund companies.
- Maintain distribution calendars, monitor fund agent communications, input transactions, and prepare trade logs for manual reinvestments.
- Analyze quality control reports, research ledger variances, and support Control metric maintenance.
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating reliability in attendance and punctuality.
- Expectation of 40+ hours/week; significant year-end overtime required.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 0–2 years' experience in finance or mutual fund operations; familiarity with mutual fund industry practices is a plus.
