Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid 2-3x/week – Full Remote after training)

Pay Rate: $30-$40.00 / hour

Core Systems: FIS Horizon, Digital One Commercial (D1C), Montran

The Opportunity

Are you a banking operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves learning new systems? Our client, a premier global financial institution, is looking for an adaptable Cash Management & Wire Operations Specialist to join their LA-based team.

This is a "hat-wearing" role where you will rotate across Cash Management, Treasury Back Office, and Wire Operations. As the bank undergoes a major digital transformation (migrating to FIS D1C and Montran), you will be at the forefront of the most modern core banking technology in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of cash products, including account analysis, billing (FIS Horizon), and statement management (FCM).
• Execute and monitor high-value wire transfers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide personable, high-level support to commercial customers via phone/email regarding wire transfers and online banking migrations.
• Support the transition from legacy systems (Dragonfly) to Digital One Commercial (D1C) and from Pay+ to Montran.
• Assist with daily reconciliations and treasury operational tasks to ensure seamless end-of-day processing.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years in Cash Management, Wire Transfers, or Treasury Back Office.
• Familiarity with FIS Horizon is a major plus. Experience with Pay+, Montran, or Dragonfly is highly valued.
• A hungry-to-learn attitude and the ability to pivot between different teams.
• A personable professional who can walk a corporate client through a complex wire or platform issue.
