Job Description:

Operations Specialist

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Specialist or Manager to support the execution of pre-order launches. This role involves working closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery in high-visibility, fast-paced environments. The position is central to a new growth engine designed to capture revenue ahead of traditional supply chain timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operations for pre-order launches across multiple sport teams.
  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating execution timelines and tracking deliverables.
  • Manage e-commerce readiness components, including product detail page (PDP) setup, product imagery, and launch readiness checkpoints.
  • Utilize tools such as Airtable to track workflows, status, and asset readiness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Product, E-commerce, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure high-quality execution under tight timelines, particularly during rapid-turn launches.
  • Identify operational gaps and drive actions to keep workstreams moving forward.
  • Support the scaling of the pre-order model by driving consistent workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or retail/supply chain support roles. Experience supporting launch execution or go-to-market readiness is necessary.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with product detail pages (PDPs) and digital merchandising workflows. The ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Airtable or similar workflow tools.
  • Exposure to pre-order, SNKRS, or limited-release/drop models.
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory planning concepts.
  • Experience supporting high-visibility launches with tight deadlines.
