Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Research Analyst (All Source) - Counter‑Proliferation / Procurement Specialist.
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL
This position directly supports a Combatant Command's Directorate of Operations, Interagency Coordination and Targeting Division (ICTD), working closely with interagency (IA) mission partners.The analyst will help coordinate, synchronize, and integrate a wide range of DoD capabilities with IA authorities to support time‑sensitive, dynamic, and deliberate operations. The work contributes to comprehensive, multi‑layered, whole‑of‑government actions designed to achieve maximum operational effects.The candidate will be embedded with a DoD team focused on irregular warfare (IW) support and will collaborate extensively with U.S. Government partners. The incumbent serves as the subject matter expert on fusing intelligence with other data sources to illuminate and exploit adversary vulnerabilities related to:

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Military service-based training and an additional 4 years will be considered in lieu of the bachelors degree.
Expertise and demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive network analysis products pertinent to trans-regional organized criminal TTPs as well as the U.S. CENTRAL COMMAND historic, current, and emerging threats.
Experience in target development and validation process and applying a collection management strategy against designated targets.
Prior work experience directly contributing to the DoD efforts supporting law enforcement efforts in countering illegal export violations, money laundering, and illegal procurement activities surrounding WMD, UAS, and ACW.
Specialized skillsets of intelligence collection activities directly related to illuminating and exploiting enemy vulnerabilities related to proliferation and procurement.
Specific, recent, relevant experience working with the Combatant Command's Interagency Action Group multiple interagency partners (HSI, FBI, Departments of State, Treasury, and Commerce, and Justice as a part of Counter Procurement and Network Defeat Task Force.
Direct recent experience working alongside combined interagency authorities involved with counter scientific and technical capabilities used in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Advanced Conventional Weapons (ACW), and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)
Experience in identifying threat networks operating against US and international partners and assisting in the planning for future risk mitigation efforts for countering UAS, ACW, and WMD.
Experience operating in tactical, operational, strategic environments as well as multi-national and Interagency Partner environments as a staff member with minimum guidance with background in the following:
Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting DoD strategic and operational Irregular Warfare objectives
Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with USG Interagency partners
Demonstrated ability to perform all source operational intelligence analysis
Demonstrated ability to deliver individually sourced unclassified and classified products, and parallel reconstructed products tailored to maximize wide-ranging capabilities and authorities
Demonstrated understanding of law enforcement agency organizational structures, functions, data sources, data types, programs, records management requirements
Demonstrated expertise with financial investigative groups that target complex enemy global money laundering, fraud, and other criminal financial activities
Demonstrated experience Identifying systemic weaknesses in DoD supply chains and providing detail analysis in written recommendations for improvement pertaining to government procurement actions.
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with 4-Star-Level & Department-Level Senior Leadership.
Demonstrated experience ensuring deconfliction, equities checks, and intelligence collection requirements are clearly defined, articulated, and submitted to national intelligence stakeholders.
Expert Microsoft Office Skills.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Current U.S. Passport.
Current, active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
