What You Will Do

• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business growth and scalability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Assist in the creation of operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support the team in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proposing innovative solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–5 years of experience in operations, process analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred

• Familiarity with B2B software development and AI technologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies in a tech-focused company.
• Knowledge of SMS communication platforms or similar technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
