Title: Operations Planner L&A
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
Hybrid - Tues, Wed, Thurs in office. Mon and Fri Work From Home
Salary Range: $30 - $33/hr. (Competetive)
Introduction
This role involves managing the end-to-end order management process for multiple brand channels in the lingerie and apparel sector. The position requires strong collaboration with various teams, both domestically and internationally, to ensure seamless production and delivery management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Prior work experience in the lingerie and apparel industry

- Previous production experience
- Ability to analyze and recap data
- Experience in a highly collaborative work environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Track and maintain delivery schedules
- Engage in tactical cross-functional communication for issue resolution
- Manage liabilities, cancellations, and dispute cases
- Support capacity and production planning efforts
- Collaborate with offshore teams and regional partners
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of commitments and orders
