Nonprofits First is seeking a detail‑driven Operations Manager to oversee internal operations and support our mission of strengthening nonprofits across Palm Beach County-all while enjoying a 32‑hour workweek with full benefits.
This role reports directly to the President & CEO and serves as the backbone of the organization, coordinating administrative systems, programs, IT, policies, and cross‑team operations in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative leadership across the organization
Support CEO, board, and committee activities
Manage internal systems, policies, records, and reporting
Handle administrative components of the capacity-building program
Oversee IT coordination, vendors, revenue‑share partnerships, and office operations
Support agency Accreditation efforts and major events
Qualifications
Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 3years of administrative/operations experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Exceptional organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Nonprofit experience preferred
