The Operations Manager (OM) oversees member satisfaction by leading a friendly, well-trained staff and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
- Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals across retail, supplements, juice bar, and dues.
- Supports member retention through exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Hires, trains, and supervises front desk, kids club, maintenance, janitorial, and juice bar staff.
- Ensures facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
- Resolves member issues, manages billing, and handles member accounts.
- Maintains retail displays, inventory, and POS operations, and prepares revenue reports.
- Oversees supply ordering, daily banking, and staff performance monitoring.
- Ensures compliance with procedures and fosters teamwork to enhance member and staff experiences.
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with relevant certifications and experience in food/beverage or health clubs preferred.
