Description for Operations Manager:
Support warehouse operations including job staging and inventory management.
Coordinate service work orders, scheduling, and customer communications.
Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, payroll, and vendor relations.
Lead onboarding for new hires and maintain strict safety documentation.
Ensure operational flow by supporting technicians and management daily.
Details for Operations Manager:
Pay: $150,000.00 Yearly.
Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Location: Clark County, WA.
Requirements for Operations Manager:
Previous experience in Operations, Service Coordination, or Admin leadership.
Must have foundational HVAC knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern warehouse/scheduling systems.
Strong ability to lead and coordinate in a fast-paced environment.
