About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation process to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate installation schedules and team assignments.
- Conduct site inspections to verify project specifications and safety compliance.
- Train and mentor installation staff on best practices and techniques.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory and order materials as needed for installation projects.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/general contractors to resolve field hurdles and ensure customer satisfaction. Final walkthroughs for customers sign-offs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installation management or a similar role in the home improvement industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of window installation techniques and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Veteran a plus.
