Operations Manager

Seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily plant operations in a custom manufacturing environment, including fabrication, controls, testing, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production, scheduling, staffing, and workflow to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery
• Lead continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and purchasing teams to support projects
• Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment and facility operations
• Support employee development and team leadership

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in lean manufacturing and operations, with experience in industrial fabrication, controls, HVAC, or custom equipment
• Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and production processes
• Experience managing schedules, quality systems, and teams; automation skills preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
