Seeking a skilled Operations Manager for a global manufacturer of engineered automotive systems.
Ensure a safe, clean work environment compliant with safety and environmental laws.
Lead and motivate employees through effective communication and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop plans to meet plant goals and financial targets, and maintain product quality and delivery.
Manage operational plans, budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning.
Oversee OEE tracking, support launch processes, and coordinate across departments.
Perform performance management and lead key projects to improve operations.
Require a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering, 5-7 years manufacturing leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Toyota Production System preferred.
Travel to other plants in North America may be required.
