Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance planning in coordination with O&M providers.

Ensure compliance with contractual performance guarantees and SLAs.

Stakeholder & Contract Management

Interface with asset owners, utilities, and regulatory bodies.

Oversee O&M contractors and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Promote and enforce best practices in health, safety, and environmental standards.

Scalability & Growth

Develop systems and processes that support portfolio expansion.

Contribute to due diligence and onboarding of new assets into the operational fleet.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in power generation operations, preferably in solar PV or renewable energy.

Proven experience managing multi-site operations and building teams.

Experience setting up or managing 24/7 control rooms or dispatch centers.
