We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic fitness environment.

  • Responsible for creating an engaging member experience, supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety.
  • Collaborate with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing teams to improve performance and uphold brand standards.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address member concerns; monitor inventory; and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Must have 2-3 years of operations management and 3-4 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fitness.
