- Responsible for creating an engaging member experience, supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing teams to improve performance and uphold brand standards.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address member concerns; monitor inventory; and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Must have 2-3 years of operations management and 3-4 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fitness.
