Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory, delivery coordination, safety compliance, scheduling, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. This role will lead warehouse and delivery teams while ensuring high service levels and strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and delivery operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts
• Ensure safety compliance and operational standards
• Coordinate deliveries and material transfers
• Lead and support operational team members
• Monitor key business metrics and operational performance
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Maintain strong customer service and internal communication

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of operations, logistics, or distribution management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Building materials, construction, or distribution experience preferred
