The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Operations Manager to help lead the
day-to-day operations of our center.
This role is critical to the success of the location. You will work closely with clinical leadership, support
staff, and families to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with RCG’s high
standards of care.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, intake coordination, and billing support
Supervise and support administrative and operations staff, providing coaching, training, and
performance feedback
Serve as a key point of contact for families, insurance providers, and community partners
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure operational workflows support high-quality care and
compliance
Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall family
experience
Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in collaboration with leadership
Ensure compliance with Virginia state regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards
Oversee facility operations, vendor relationships, and supply management
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for center staff
Track and report key operational metrics to support decision-making and growth
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
(Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of operations management experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or
pediatric services
Strong understanding of insurance processes, authorizations, and healthcare compliance
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfort working in a dynamic, growing environment where processes continue to evolve
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or practice management
systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support our diverse community
