Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Understand and enforce state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures for concierge nursing and home care.
Connect with our nursing staff to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
Coach and guide office employees in appropriate communication and positive employee relations.
Maintain team stability and foster a positive working environment.
Deliver PPE and other necessary medical supplies to clinicians in the field as requested.
Participate in the initial orientation and ongoing training of nurses, which may require occasional field training.
Act as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot and resource assistance for staff regarding benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, and corporate Human Resources.
Collaborate with recruiting, compliance, and staffing teams to obtain and maintain strict credential compliance from our nursing staff.
Document, track, and report incoming concerns and complaints to management.
Identify trends in employee concerns and offer proactive suggestions for training or interventions to resolve them.
Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure a welcoming office environment.
Coordinate with the IT department to quickly resolve any technology barriers faced by employees.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a mentor to local teams regarding employee relations and adherence to state and federal labor laws.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, licensing, and supply ordering.
Lead initiatives for staff retention, development, and satisfaction to maintain a minimum 60%+ retention rate over six months of active scheduled hours.
Ensure absolute accuracy in client and nursing schedules, pay rates, personnel files, and care notes to meet strict payroll and billing deadlines.
Partner closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with all labor laws, nursing regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Skills, Education, and Certifications
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desired.
Three to five years of experience in health care, elder care, social work, or a related industry is required.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and supervisory skills.
Strong computer proficiency and the ability to document notes accurately and in a timely manner within our systems.
Polished communication and presentation skills to develop excellent relationships with our elite field staff.
Excellent investigative skills with the ability to generate high-quality documentation and reports.
A current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Physical Requirements
The ability to lift and carry up to 20-25 pounds.
The ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
The ability to operate standard office equipment such as personal computers, laptops, telephones, and photocopy machines.
Salary: $100,000-125,000 + field bonus
