Why Join PGS
This role is not for everyone and that’s by design. At Priority Government Solutions, we operate in environments where standards are non-negotiable, visibility is high, and execution is everything. The cemeteries we maintain are held to National Shrine standards, and there is no margin for mediocrity. If you are looking for a “job,” this is not it. If you are looking for ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to lead at a high level, keep reading. You will be responsible for operations across two federal cemetery sites. That means:
You own the outcome—fully
You lead experienced foremen and crews who rely on your direction
You interface directly with federal representatives who expect excellence
You are measured by what gets done, not intentions
There is nowhere to hide in this role. The work is visible. The standards are clear. The expectations are high.
We are looking for someone who:
Sets the tone and raises the standard, not follows it
Takes immediate action when something is off—no excuses
Thrives under pressure and doesn’t need to be managed
Holds themselves and others accountable without hesitation
Understands that details matter and small misses are not acceptable
In return, PGS offers something most companies don’t:
Real authority to run operations the right way
Direct access to leadership and decision-making
High trust, high autonomy environment
Performance-based upside tied to results, not tenure
The opportunity to build and lead a top-tier operation in a federal setting
Most importantly, this work matters. Every day, you are responsible for maintaining a place where families come to honor loved ones who served this country. That responsibility is real, and it demands a leader who respects it. If you are wired to lead, take ownership, and deliver at a high level. This is an opportunity to prove it. If not, this role will expose that quickly.
