Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is a hands-on role, responsible for development and implementation of all operations for the Cryo-Mach business. The Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for establishing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, procurement and lean objectives. The Operation Manager will lead and supervise a team of hourly staff.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field is required.
Experience
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational leadership role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven background in the application of lean production and methodologies, quality and ISO 9001 processes, inventory control, procurement procedures and techniques, EHS and logistics. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop long-term strategic plans and follow-up action plan to execute on these deliverables. Embody the Company's ethics and values; maintain the highest corporate governance principles. Proven leader with ability to motivate teams and drive accountability. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Systems experience with Microsoft office and Oracle ERP are strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of PSG business - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, annual budgeting and planning process for operations annual budget. Establishes operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, complete on-time delivery and performance metrics.

$125,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually
Bonus Eligible
