JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manageris responsible foroverseeing allproductionand warehouseoperations, includingsurplus and repair value streams,inventory,parts,and material flow. This role focuses on achieving performance goals in safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and productivity. The Operations Manager drives continuous improvement, develops team capability, and ensures efficient workflow, systems, and processes to support business growth.
This position requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management. The successful candidate will foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while driving efficiency and supporting company growth initiatives.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop a diverse team of Operations Specialists, Technicians, and Support Staff.
Build leadership capability through training, performance management, and succession planning.
Manage daily operations to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, andoptimalresourceutilization.
Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Promote and enforce quality & safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Analyze operational data and KPIs toidentifytrends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer service tooptimizeprocesses and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, ensure cost control, andmonitorfinancial performance of operational areas.
Stay informed on industry trends and technology to improve production and service capabilities.
Lead special operational projects, including new equipment integration and process optimization initiatives.

Manage all site operations, including production, warehouse, and receiving teams.
Supervise and develop Specialists, Technicians, and other support staff.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business,STEM, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in operations, production, or quality managementpreferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or service environment.
Knowledge of industrial or technical productsa plus.

Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately80 daysafter employment and will be used todeterminewhether employment will continue
Monthly Reviews – Monthlyobjectivesareestablishedand a monthly summary review is administered which measures the attainment of thoseobjectives.
Annual Reviews – Review same as monthly reviews for year along with Strengths, areas for improvement, and Plans/Goals for upcoming year.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a management level exempt position that requires a work schedule that will achieve the results andobjectivesidentified by the company and the General Manager, Production Services.Generally, thecompanyoperatesand most of those who willinterface withthis position work normal business hours, which are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but several of the responsible areas have extended shifts beyond normal business hours.Nights and weekends may be worked at the Manager’s discretion based on current project and implementation needs, deadlines, and workload.
Time off will be granted with proper formal noticein accordance withcompany policy.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a mixed office and production environment. Dress attire is casual but professional. All employeesare required towear Radwell access card and “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once theinitialsupply (at company expense) has been received.Safety shoes are recommended.Closed-toe hard sole- shoes must be worn.Radwell ID Badge and Access card must beworn at all times.
