Operations Manager – Ready-to-Eat Food Manufacturing - Will relocate
We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturer that's looking to add an Operations Manager to their leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both production and warehouse operations within a fast-paced, ready-to-eat food manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day production and warehouse operations
- Coach and develop department leaders while driving accountability and performance
- Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize labor utilization
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, HR, Planning, and Purchasing to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and root cause analysis
- Monitor KPIs and use data to improve productivity and operational performance
- Support plant-wide projects, audits, and strategic initiatives
- Foster a strong culture centered around safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
- Experience managing production and/or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FDA/USDA regulations, and food safety
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and improve operational performance
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
