Operations Manager – Milwaukee Market

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Must live in Milwaukee or surrounding areas)

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 Base Salary

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$110,000+

TORQ Coatings is expanding into Wisconsin, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to launch and grow our Milwaukee operation.

This is more than an Operations Manager role; it's an opportunity to build a market, develop a team, and make a lasting impact on a rapidly growing company.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, hire and develop installation crews, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and establish operational excellence for the Milwaukee market. You'll partner closely with Sales while leading production, quality, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Launch and manage the Milwaukee operation
  • Lead daily production and scheduling
  • Oversee quality, safety, and profitability
  • Develop operational systems and SOPs

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard field employees
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Conduct performance reviews and accountability meetings

Customer Experience

  • Meet with homeowners to resolve concerns
  • Conduct job site inspections and final walkthroughs
  • Oversee warranty and service work

Sales Partnership

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Support customer consultations and ride-alongs
  • Ensure seamless communication between sales and production

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–7+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience leading field operations or production teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Construction, manufacturing, or home services experience
  • Sales leadership experience
  • Experience launching new operations

Compensation

  • $65,000–$75,000 Base Salary
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus
  • OTE: $85,000–$110,000+
