Description

This Operations Manager will be:

• Overseeing quality control, shipping, and receiving functions
• Supporting production leadership and resolving floor-level issues
• Building strong relationships with shop-floor personnel
• Driving operational efficiency and process consistency
• Leading indirect and support teams across the site
• Partnering with finance on operational and P&L alignment
• Collaborating with engineering through dotted-line support
• Reinforcing safety, accountability, and performance standards

Profile

A successful Operations Manager will have:
