What You'll Do as an Operations Manager:

  • Oversee daily operations, improving workflows and keeping projects on track, on time, and profitable.
  • Coordinate with owners and project managers to support project management, balance workloads, align resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Monitor project status and performance metrics, reporting on capacity, progress, and overall operations.
  • Develop& improve processes, SOPs, and internal systems to support efficiency and growth.
  • Train & support the team on workflows, tools, and process improvements.
  • Support client experience and relationships by ensuring smooth communication and project handoffs.
  • Work with ownership on budgeting, invoicing, payroll coordination, and overall administrative operations.

 

Our Ideal Operations Manager:

  • Experienced: 3-5+ years of operations or project management experience (creative agency, marketing, or professional services preferred); 2-4 years of leadership experience; experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost management required.
  • Organized: Manages multiple priorities, keeps projects moving, and maintains structure across workflows and teams.
  • Communicative: Works well with owners, team members, and clients, demonstrating a collaborative, clear communication style.
  • Driven: Takes initiative, follows through, and stays focused on improving operations and supporting company growth.
  • Adaptable: Thrive in a small team environment that requires flexibility, ownership, and problem-solving.
  • Project& Systems Experience: Experienced with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp), CRM systems, and basic financial reporting.

 

What We Offer Our Operations Manager:

  • Full-time, on-site position, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • $80,000-$95,000 salary, depending on experience
