We are searching for an Operations Manager in our Hailey, Idaho office.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of Club Ride's products and services meet our discerning customers' expectations. Specific duties include and will follow lifecycle of product by working with Product Management and CEO in formulating an inventory purchasing and planning strategy based on cash flow and sales goals, scheduling, purchasing and negotiations strategy with overseas factory partners, logistics management with freight forwarder and 3PL for supply chain management and with Marketing on the commercialization strategy.
Candidate will be successful at engaging all partners, employees and departments to make the workplace more effective and efficient. Candidate needs excellent project management, leadership skills, social skills and ability to actively listen. Other qualities include understanding of planning, finances, supply chain management, workflow and staffing.
