The Operations Manager is a senior site leadership role responsible for the overall effectiveness and coordination of manufacturing operations. This position provides leadership across indirect and support functions while partnering closely with the Production Manager, who oversees day‑to‑day floor execution. Client Details Our client is a New England‑based contract manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal fabrication, machining, welding, finishing, and complex assemblies. They support OEM and Tier One customers across aerospace & defense, medical devices, semiconductor, data center, and industrial markets. Operating multiple facilities across the Northeast, the company offers vertically integrated, end‑to‑end manufacturing capabilities from engineering support through full‑scale production.
