About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our turbomachinery operations. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the operational strategy, improving processes, and fostering collaboration across departments to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively.

Key Objectives

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and resources to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align operational goals with company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate operational activities related to turbomachinery manufacturing, maintenance, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and operational analytics tools.
