Happymile Logistics is looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Houston, Texas.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily transportation and dispatch operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain drivers
• Coordinate drivers, routes, scheduling, and load planning
• Monitor fleet utilization and operational efficiency
• Support DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety initiatives
• Lead and support drivers and operations personnel
• Resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years of General Freight, logistics, transportation, or operations experience
• Reefer and Dry Van experience
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with dispatch systems, ELDs, and transportation software preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
