Oneway AC is a growing service company providing HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration solutions across residential and commercial markets. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a hands-on operational leader who wants the freedom to implement ideas, improve systems, and directly influence company growth. This is not a maintenance role - you'll have the opportunity to build, optimize, and lead.

What You'll Own

• Oversee daily operations across service, installation, and admin teams
• Build and improve workflows, processes, and internal systems
• Drive revenue growth through KPIs, accountability, and performance tracking
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members and department heads
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Improve job costing, margins, and operational efficiency
• Ensure strong customer experience and service standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience
• Strong background in service-based or mechanical industries (HVAC preferred)
• Proven ability to build teams and improve performance
• Experience with KPIs, financials, and operational strategy
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
