Description
What You'll Be Doing
No two days look exactly the same here. In this role, you'll:
Partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, initiatives, and team needs
Oversee multiple departments and collaborate with team leads to set goals, review performance, and keep everyone aligned
Lead pre-shift meetings, staff orientations, and support training for new hires
Help build schedules, learning paths, and mentorships for team members
Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor — setting the tone through professionalism, communication, and teamwork
Support guest experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and keeping the front of house running smoothly
Ensure all areas are clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready
Assist with special events, promotions, league preparation, and day-to-day coordination
Monitor inventory and supplies and communicate needs to leadership
Operate POS systems, make announcements, and support lane and amusement operations as needed
Handle opening and closing duties and help ensure safety, security, and proper use of company property
Respond to incidents or injuries and complete required documentation when needed

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
A high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
4+ years of guest service experience and 2–4 years of supervisory experience
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic systems
The ability to stay calm, positive, and professional in a busy environment

Fast-paced, high-energy setting with large crowds, kids, music, and lighting effects
You'll be on your feet, moving throughout the facility, and lifting up to 50 lbs
This role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and longer shifts when needed
