Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising crews, managing inventory, scheduling work, coordinating travel, and maintaining safety standards. The position requires 50% office and 50% field work, with occasional overnight travel. Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience, management expertise, knowledge of construction or billboard industries, and the ability to work at heights.
