The Operations Manager runs the day-to-day operations, scheduling, facilities, and team culture of the clinic. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director, BCBA Supervisors, and the Regional Operations Director to keep the clinic running smoothly so clinicians can focus on learner outcomes.

This role does not own intake, family inquiries, or onboarding logistics with families. New learner duties are limited to operational readiness once a learner has been accepted.
