Position Summary<\/b>

The Operations Manager is responsible for driving execution across all clinical and operational functions at Pinnacle Wound Management. This role is heavily focused on <\/span>provider productivity, facility coverage, revenue optimization, and scalable growth<\/b>. You will act as the central operator ensuring providers are fully utilized, facilities are serviced consistently, and the business runs efficiently and profitably.

This is a <\/span>hands -on, accountability -driven role<\/b> <\/span>where success is measured by <\/span>visits, revenue, provider output, and expansion velocity<\/b>—not just process management.

Core Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

1. Provider Productivity & Scheduling (Top Priority)<\/b><\/span>
<\/h4>
  • Own provider schedules across all facilities to ensure <\/span>maximum daily visit volume<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Eliminate downtime, gaps, and underutilized provider capacity
    <\/li>
  • Continuously optimize routes, facility grouping, and coverage models
    <\/li>
  • Track and enforce productivity benchmarks (visits/day, revenue/provider)
    <\/li><\/ul>

      2. Facility Operations & Coverage<\/b><\/span>
      <\/h4>
      • Ensure every contracted facility is consistently covered with <\/span>zero service gaps<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Act as the primary operational contact for administrators and DONs
        <\/li>
      • Resolve issues quickly to maintain strong facility relationships
        <\/li>
      • Support onboarding of new facilities with immediate operational execution
        <\/li><\/ul>

        3. Revenue Cycle Alignment<\/b><\/span>
        <\/h4>
        • Work directly with billing to ensure:
          • Accurate documentation from providers
            <\/li>
          • Timely charge capture and submission
            <\/li>
          • Minimal denials and revenue leakage
            <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Identify operational breakdowns affecting collections and fix them fast
            <\/li><\/ul>

              4. Growth & Expansion Execution<\/b><\/span>

              • Operationalize new facility contracts quickly (staffing, scheduling, workflows)

              • Support leadership in scaling into new markets and buildings
                <\/li>
              • Build systems that allow Pinnacle to grow without operational breakdown

                5. Process Control & Accountability<\/b><\/span>

                • Build and enforce <\/span>simple, repeatable systems<\/b> <\/span>(not overcomplicated processes)
                  <\/li>
                • Hold providers and staff accountable to performance standards
                  <\/li>
                • Identify inefficiencies and fix them in real time
                  <\/li>
                • Create a culture of urgency, responsiveness, and ownership
                  <\/li><\/ul>

                  6. Team Leadership (Lean Team Model)<\/b><\/span>
                  <\/h4>
                  • Oversee schedulers, coordinators, and administrative staff
                    <\/li>
                  • Ensure the team operates with <\/span>speed, accuracy, and accountability<\/b>
                    <\/li>
                  • Remove bottlenecks that slow down providers or revenue
                    <\/li><\/ul>

                      Qualifications<\/b><\/span>

                      • 3–7+ years of operations experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
                        <\/li>
                      • Experience in <\/span>mobile healthcare, wound care, or SNF/ALF environments<\/b>
                        <\/li>
                      • Strong understanding of <\/span>provider scheduling + revenue cycle impact<\/b>
                        <\/li>
                      • Proven ability to manage <\/span>multi -site operations with moving pieces<\/b>
                        <\/li>
                      • Highly organized, decisive, and execution -focused
                        <\/li><\/ul>
