Craft & Crew Hospitality is a growing multi-concept company operating Pub 819, Duke's on 7, Stanley's NE Bar Room, The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar, The Block Food + Drink in St. Louis Park and Rogers, The Bar Draft House, WELLS Roadside, Green 2 Go, and more.
We are looking for a hands-on Multi-Concept Operations Manager to support daily operations across our restaurants, retail concepts, and dispensary businesses. This role will work closely with General Managers, Store Managers, Chefs, HR, Facilities, and senior leadership to ensure strong operations, consistent standards, team accountability, and excellent guest and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Support daily operations across multiple Craft & Crew businesses
Coach and develop General Managers, Store Managers, and leadership teams
Ensure company standards, policies, procedures, and expectations are followed
Help improve staffing, training, scheduling, service, and team communication
Review labor, sales, cost control, facility needs, and operational performance
Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and accountability
Maintain cleanliness, safety, compliance, and building standards at each location
Support guest and customer experience across restaurants, retail, and dispensary operations
Assist with special projects, new openings, management coverage, and operational needs
Qualifications
Multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or dispensary operations experience preferred
Prior management experience required
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business concepts
Comfortable reviewing financial and operational data
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Google Work space or similar software experience preferred
