Operations Manager – Ready-to-Eat Food Manufacturing - Will relocate
We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturer that's looking to add an Operations Manager to their leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both production and warehouse operations within a fast-paced, ready-to-eat food manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day production and warehouse operations
Coach and develop department leaders while driving accountability and performance
Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize labor utilization
Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, HR, Planning, and Purchasing to keep operations running smoothly
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and root cause analysis
Monitor KPIs and use data to improve productivity and operational performance
Support plant-wide projects, audits, and strategic initiatives
Foster a strong culture centered around safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
Experience managing production and/or warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FDA/USDA regulations, and food safety
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and improve operational performance
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
