Description
This Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations across production, procurement, logistics, and safety
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput
- Ensuring fabrication activities are meeting engineering and quality standards
- Monitoring production schedules, capacity, and resource allocation [
- Overseeing supplier performance, purchasing, and inventory levels
- Collaborating with engineering and project teams to support execution
- Leading cross-functional communication to resolve operational challenges
- Promoting safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Developing, mentoring, and managing operational staff
Profile
A Successful Operations Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in industrial equipment or process systems manufacturing
- Background managing fabrication, logistics, and procurement
- Strong knowledge of regulated or quality-driven environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ERP/MRP systems experience (NetSuite preferred)
