Operations Product Manager
We are seeking an Operations Product Manager to act as the point of contact for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality throughout the product life cycle. You will be the primary collaborator across production planning, production, quality and logistics to meet program milestones, successfully transition product to the factory, support on-time delivery, ensure delivery of high-quality products and support rate-readiness activities.
What You Will Do
Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans
Manage cross-functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure
Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams
Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the LRU level
Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed
Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain experience within the aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
Willing and able to travel up to 20% as required for role.

Experience developing, implementing and maintaining strategies to achieve cost, technical and delivery performance targets.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
