  • This bonus-eligible role will be based out of the Denver International Airport overseeing New Belgium Brewing and Santo, as well as Artisan Market at the DFW Airport. Air travel to DFW required 3x per month.
  • Ensure compliance with Company standards and ultimately responsible for all areas of operations, including staff relations, menu item production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, food preparation and quality, and financial accountability.
  • Reporting to the Senior VP of Operations, set and execute area goals as well as driving Company initiatives
  • Train, develop, and communicate with all team members to ensure they properly understand and meet job expectations
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with the airport authority, vendors, and the like
  • Enforce Company policies with management team/direct reports and team members through written and oral communication in a timely and effective manner
  • Monitor sales performance through the analysis of sales reports and create action plans to address concerns
  • Identify potential or existing operational problems and initiate, develop, and implement appropriate solutions and measure results
  • Cultivate leadership through modeling, strategic communication and mentorship
  • Perform general clerical functions within the restaurants as needed, which may include payroll, scheduling, analyzing operating statements and ad hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to travel 3x per month to DFW, including overnight stay.
  • 5+ years in an operational, multi-unit general manager-level role within the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, forecasting and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands, including weekends nights and holidays.
