We seek a hands-on Operations Manager with 3-5 years of commercial cleaning experience to lead field teams, ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance, and drive operational performance across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities include leading daily operations, conducting site inspections, managing staff attendance and performance, resolving operational issues, training staff, building client relationships, and monitoring service efficiency.
Qualifications required are proven field management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols, bilingual in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.
