Operations Manager

Our client, a regional 3PL and logistics provider, is hiring a hybrid Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage and develop a team of 4-6 shift supervisors
• Own operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety, on-time shipping)
• Drive continuous-improvement projects (5S, lean, process redesign)
• Partner with HR on hiring, training, and performance management

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations experience
• 2+ years of people-management experience
• Strong process / continuous-improvement orientation (lean, six sigma a plus)
• Comfort with WMS systems and KPI reporting
• Excellent communication with frontline teams and leadership
