RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct, motivate, and manage all subordinates and staff to achieve plant performance goals, while enforcing company (HLSG) policies and procedures. Develop and implement and execute on the yearly strategic plan to include revenue/profit budgets, key operational metrics and safety goals. Ensure positive weekly communication and training is given to teammates and staff and create a productive, safe work environment for all employees. Prepare weekly touch updates, and monthly report outs and present to Office of CEO to ensure communication. Ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals by meeting fill rates and delivery time schedules. Partner with colleague General Managers on support when plants need backup resources and assistance. Uphold and communicate the company's "We Care" Values.
